This custom built home is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home, while enjoying the peace and tranquility only nature can provide with coastal landscaping and common firepit, and additional community amenities. The high lofted ceiling and tranquil colors give you plenty of space. Comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace add to the cozy feel. In the fully equipped kitchen, prepare delicious meals and sit down together at the lovely dining nook, which which is great for games and family dining. Enjoy the entertainment system, with a smart TV, featuring Netflix. Wi-Fi is provided to stay in the loop with the latest news and entertainment. As part of the lovely Ms. B Haven also features an outdoor shower for your enjoyment, and is just across from the community fire pit for roasting s'mores. There's also a BBQ stand for grilling and making for a memorable beach experience! In the mornings, sip your steamy mug of joe from the gated front deck or upper front porch while listening to the tranquil sounds of waves crashing in the distance. In the evenings, gather with your loved ones in front of the glowing fire pit while roasting marshmallows and sharing laughs and stories of the day's adventures. Plus, the stars are amazing on clear nights! Additionally, you’ll have access to the community's 24/7 fitness center year round and an outdoor heated pool, open 10am-8pm, Memorial Day-Labor Day. *Ms. B Haven has an optional add-on in-law suite situated right behind the main cabin. Encompassing 400 square feet of tastefully decorated living space, the suite features a studio with a king-sized bed, a living area with a sleeper couch, with the basics of a small refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, and minimal eating utensils. There is also a full size bathroom with a shower for your convenience. *

- HOUSE RULES - Please read, share, and be respectful of all HOUSE RULES while you are staying in this Sweet Haven home, and be responsible for your guests. - RESPECT COMMUNITY - Please be respectful of your neighbors. Guests will behave in a civilized manner and will respect the rights of surrounding property owners and guests. Guests will not disturb, annoy, endanger, and/or interfere with surrounding property owners and guests. - NO PARTIES or EVENTS - Olivia Beach is a quiet community and parties are not tolerated. If you are interested in hosting a party, please book outside of this community. We have a zero tolerance policy for: -any house, fraternity and/or bachelor/bachelorette type parties with excessive use of alcohol, -Outdoor amplified music, or activities on or at the property that may disrupt neighbors -Large gatherings, furniture rentals or catered events; Any guest hosting a prohibited activity will be penalized a minimum $250 fee, and may, at Sweet Haven’s Agent’s discretion, forfeit the rest of their stay including deposit, and will be charged for any damages. - QUIET HOURS: 9 pm – 7 am - City quiet hours are strictly enforced in the Olivia Beach community. Be cautious of noise on decks, as noise travels in this quiet community. Unfortunately, if the authorities are called and/or we are contacted and must come to the house to resolve a noise complaint or parking violation, a $250 fee will apply for the first incident. Subsequent incidents will be billed at $500 each, so please no excessive noise after 9 PM. (Quiet voices outside in particular). If excessive noise or disturbances occur resulting in notification of police by neighbors, guests will be subject to penalties up to vacating the property and will forfeit the reservation and any monies paid. - NO SMOKING - Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any sort is allowed inside the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of trash properly and directly into the outside garbage can. Please be mindful of nearby guests, or those you may disturb by smoke. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the house, we will charge a minimum $250 deep cleaning fee. Cigarette butts found outside the home are billed against security deposit at $25 per butt. - NO STREET OR NEIGHBOR PARKING - up to 3 vehicles are permitted at any time on the property. This includes two parking spots in the garage, and one compact spot, parallel to the garage - please be mindful not to bump the garage door, garbage or utility corral. If you have any larger vehicle, you may part at the SW (right side of Anemone & 27th Way, please do not block driveways). The city and community do not allow for street parking for vacation rentals. Violations of this risk our license as a rental, so fines start at $50 per vehicle. - PET POLICY - We allow up to 4 well behaved dogs for a $18/night/pet fee, additional dogs can be added at $18/dog. Make sure this is included in your booking, additional pet fee will be requested as an extra service upon confirmation of your booking, if not selected. Airbnb only charges for the first dog, and direct bookings must add this manually at check out. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your dog(s), as they must be registered with the reservation. Sorry, we do not accept cats or other animals. We would like to keep our home pet-friendly, however if excessive pet hair is found after your stay – an additional cleaning fee will apply. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds with your own protective cover. Please wipe off all muddy paws with the pet towels provided. Please pick-up after your pet and check the backyard before your departure for pet waste. Clean up after your dog and dispose of all waste in a plastic bag and place these directly into the trash can. Guests will comply with any and all applicable pet laws, ordinances, regulations, rules, policies. Guests are responsible for any and all injuries and/or damages to person or property caused by any pet brought in, at, or around the property. For the protection of all pets, please ensure your pet is up to date on flea medication and vaccines. Olivia Beach is a strict pick-up community: please always carry a bag and pick up after your pet. Pets are not to be left unattended in the house, left in a car or tied up outside. Please do not wash your pet in the shower, bathtub or sink as our pipes clog easily (we learned the hard way). We ask that you use the outdoor showerhead or hose. Owners are responsible for any damages that may occur.
