I really loved my stay here, & I would come back! Only thing that was disappointing is that the thermostat was set at 72 & I wasnt able to change it. pretty sure it was broken. I run hot, so 72 is a bit much, especially come time to sleep.

Great little overnight stay right on the beach on a road trip back home. The view was phenomenal and felt endless; enjoying the jacuzzi at sunset, overlooking the pacific was a wonderful experience. There are some stairs - so make sure you’re capable before booking , but if you are capable - they’re totally worth it.

This place is just special. Loads of space for 2, and comfortably roomy for 3-4. Priceless view from balcony and most of the living area. Well apportioned kitchen/cookware, comfortable beds, amazing hot tub on balcony and jetted tub in front bedroom. And for what it's worth, I'm pretty sure there were renters in all units, but we never heard a peep from anyone -- just feels well built and insulated. We'll definitely return.

The view of the ocean from the tub was gorgeous! We got to fall asleep to the calming sound of the waves after a long day of driving to our destination. A very calm and relaxing stay. I would stay here again!

The location was great with stairs going directly down to the beach below. The view from our room was very good and we were able to relax on the balcony to watch the sunset. The room felt very cozy with a nice bathtub and very comfortable bed. The place was also very clean and there was great communication from our host. The workers were also very friendly. Parking was also no issue as we had our own reserved spot that was pretty spacious. Overall, I would definitely recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I know I will definitely be returning!

What an incredible stay. The penthouse was even better than the photos, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! We unfortunately did not get to see whales during our stay, but the sea lions, bald eagles, and other wildlife more than made up for it and made the trip especially memorable. We appreciated Paul greeting us upon arrival. He was very welcoming, but we were so excited to settle in and enjoy the experience that we probably cut the conversation shorter than we otherwise would have. The location, atmosphere, and views made this stay truly unforgettable. The value for what was offered was honestly exceptional, and we will absolutely be back. For future guests, there are 52 steps up to the penthouse, so be prepared for a climb. That said, the views are absolutely worth it. If the stairs are a concern, Paul and Miel also offer beautiful lower-floor listings worth considering. Highly recommend.

The instructions were very detailed and it was easy to access the rental. Everything on the photos and in the description were exactly as advertised, and all the amenities were in working order. Other than the cleanliness and attention to detail, the rental was a perfect location to enjoy the beach and have an unforgettably fun time on Olivia Beach. We would be happy to return as guests the next time we're out on the Oregon Coast, and we would recommend it our friends as well!

Fabulous location, glorious view, wonderful hosts! We loved the beach access. Some other guests shared a tip with us of easy beach access down the street should we need a break from the many steep stairs. We enjoyed being within walking distance to Nelscott Breakfast House, Left Coast Coffee and Robert’s bookstore (the best bookshop!). We needed to sleep with windows open to cool our unit down. But the beach view and sounds are wonderful. Really wonderful spot and very clean!

We loved our stay at Miel’s place. It felt so comfortable and relaxing after a day at the beach and exploring, especially with the cozy fireplace and hot tub. The house had everything we needed and was in such a great neighborhood especially for families. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely book again next time we visit the area! Thanks Miel :)
