I absolutely loved this stay again! The upgrades you did to the place, like the new flooring and coffee table made it feel newer and more like a home. My only feedback is maybe for long stays (like a week) you do come in once or twice to refresh the hot tub. Other than later, amazing stay!

This place is just special. Loads of space for 2, and comfortably roomy for 3-4. Priceless view from balcony and most of the living area. Well apportioned kitchen/cookware, comfortable beds, amazing hot tub on balcony and jetted tub in front bedroom. And for what it's worth, I'm pretty sure there were renters in all units, but we never heard a peep from anyone -- just feels well built and insulated. We'll definitely return.

The instructions were very detailed and it was easy to access the rental. Everything on the photos and in the description were exactly as advertised, and all the amenities were in working order. Other than the cleanliness and attention to detail, the rental was a perfect location to enjoy the beach and have an unforgettably fun time on Olivia Beach. We would be happy to return as guests the next time we're out on the Oregon Coast, and we would recommend it our friends as well!

Small cottage, but absolutely perfect for our little family with pup. Loved the Truman Show decor throughout, and the saltwater taffy a bonus. What a wonderful little neighborhood to stroll through, note there are many stairs to the beach access. Will be back in summer when pool opens.

My husband and I stayed last minute in Lincoln City at The Nelscott Manor, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay in the Nelscott Suite. The view alone is worth it—oceanfront is honestly an understatement. You’re right there, and it’s absolutely stunning. Miel & Paul are exceptional hosts, as always. This was our third time staying at one of their properties in the area, and they continue to go above and beyond every single time. We were even able to check in a bit early, which was such a treat. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt really special—perfect for wrapping up our anniversary trip. Henry, my service pup, enjoyed the dog-friendly supplies provided. The soaking tub was incredibly relaxing, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our quick stay. We spent the evening outside watching the sunset over the ocean and soaking in the salty air from our private hot tub. Yes, there are neighbors, but everyone is clearly there to enjoy the same beautiful views—and honestly, it’s hard to be mad when you’re staring at what feels like a living painting. Very clean, cozy and comfortable cabin! I stayed with my two college aged sons and our dog, plenty of room for us all. Short walk to the beach through a quiet neighborhood. And the private hot tub was a great end to a day at the beach. I will definitely be back to this cabin!

Cabin is cute, clean and cozy. Really easy stay for me and my dog. Kitchen has basics of what I needed, shower has good water pressure, beach access is great (so long as you can do stairs) Thanks!

The host was fantastic and responsive. Genuine and empathetic with mourning situation and why we were visiting. Will be back for sure!!! The property was clean and met our needs warm and cozy. Comfortable warm and homey. Hot Tub was 105 and just what we needed in the rain. The location was private, quiet and easy to access from all directions.

We had a lovely stay at the cabin. Hospitality and communication were superb. Clean with a great tiny house lay out. The beds are super comfy and the cabin is well outfitted. Our friends/family live close by, so this was really convenient. Enjoyed meeting Paul - great to meet another veteran. Highly recommend and we'll be back! Christine & Wm
